How it works

1️⃣ Order & Payment (Day 1)

You select the size and the type of fringes, then place your order. Your payment is only authorised and not yet charged.

2️⃣ Production Start (Day 3 to 4)

After a final check, our female Berber artisans begin knotting your rug. Payment is charged at this stage and you will receive a confirmation.

3️⃣ Hand Knotting (3 to 6 Weeks)

Your rug is created in the High Atlas. You receive exclusive photo and video updates from the workshop.

4️⃣ Shipping (1 to 3 Days after completion)

Your finished rug is carefully packed and shipped with insurance. You will receive a tracking number.

5️⃣ Delivery

Your unique piece reaches you and is ready for your home!

All shipments are fully insured and equipped with live tracking.

EU Customers

  • ✅ Duty free! We handle all customs procedures for you
  • ✅ As a small business, we do not charge VAT, giving you a direct price advantage
  • ✅ The price shown is your final price

If you still had to pay customs duties, we will refund them fully (please send proof of payment to info@benihaus.de).

Rest of the World

Customs duties may apply depending on the country. Please inform yourself in advance about the import regulations of your country.

Shipment Tracking

You will automatically receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your rug has been shipped. This allows you to see where your unique piece is at any time.
