Data we process
We process contact, account, basket, order, delivery, payment-reference, support and technical-log data to provide the shop, perform contracts, answer enquiries, prevent fraud and meet commercial, tax and legal obligations.
Services in the current stack
The current shop uses Medusa for commerce and orders, Payload for content, Cloudflare for security, CDN, tunnels and Turnstile, Cloudflare R2 or S3-compatible storage for media, Chatwoot for support, Brevo for transactional and newsletter email, Umami and Microsoft Clarity for consent-based analytics, Sentry for controlled error monitoring, Meilisearch for product search, CurrencyLayer for exchange rates, and Stripe, PayPal, shipping providers and 17TRACK when you use payment, delivery or tracking.
Retired systems
Crisp, WooCommerce and WordPress are not services of the new Benihaus storefront. Historic data is processed only where needed for archive, accounting, legal claims or migration.
Legal bases and retention
Processing relies on contract performance, legal obligations, legitimate interests in secure operation and support, or consent. Data is retained only for the relevant purpose and mandatory retention periods, then deleted or anonymised.
