How much does a custom rug cost?
The rug price depends on size, pile, wool, colors, and design complexity. A 45 EUR design fee is added to the draft order only if you continue.
Can I upload inspiration?
Yes. Photos, sketches, pattern references, room images, and PDFs are accepted after file type and size checks.
How long does it take?
Most custom rugs take 4-8 weeks before insured dispatch, depending on size and complexity.
Can I return a custom rug?
Yes. Benihaus voluntarily accepts eligible manual return requests within 14 days after delivery, including made-to-order and custom-size rugs. Contact us first; you arrange and pay tracked, insured return transport. Condition requirements and full terms apply.
When is payment taken?
The enquiry and atelier review are not a purchase. After you approve the final specification and draft order, payment is securely completed and confirmed before hand-knotting begins.
What does the reknotting warranty cover?
Structural weaving faults are assessed for repair, reknotting, or remake. It is separate from returns and mandatory rights; normal handmade variation, wear, misuse, and unsuitable cleaning are not structural faults.
Does PayPal Buyer Protection apply?
Eligible completed PayPal transactions may qualify under PayPal's current rules. PayPal decides claims and exclusions; its protection supplements rather than replaces your statutory rights and Benihaus warranty.
