Products and making
Handmade products can show natural variation in colour, wool, glaze, weave and dimensions. Ready-to-ship applies only to the specifically identified stocked variant. Made-to-order rugs, Zellige furniture, fountains, ceramic sinks, ceramics, cushions and other commissioned pieces follow the confirmed specification and displayed estimate.
Returns and defects
The Benihaus voluntary 21-day return request applies to eligible ready-to-ship and made-to-order catalogue products. The return and withdrawal pages explain process, costs and mandatory rights for defects or incorrect supply.
Shipping, tax and duties
Making and delivery estimates, shipping charges, tax treatment and known free-shipping thresholds are shown before payment. Non-EU import charges may remain the customer's responsibility unless expressly included at checkout.
