Rest assured, our berber rugs are authentic and come directly from Morocco. We work with local artisans who handcraft each rug using traditional techniques. Learn more about how to distinguish original Moroccan rugs from fake ones in our article here.

There are 3 phases to consider:

Production time, processing time and shipping time.

Production time refers to the time it takes to make your rug by hand, which is usually 3 to 6 weeks for custom products. Processing time is the time it takes to process your order and prepare it for shipment, usually 1 to 3 business days. Once shipped, delivery times vary by location. You can track the status of your order here.

Although we strive to accurately reproduce the results, our production line is handmade and traditional, which may result in slight imperfections in color or certain parts of the rug. These imperfections add uniqueness and value to your piece and differentiate it from industrially produced rugs.

We currently ship to various European countries, including Germany, Austria, United Kingdom, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Ireland, France, Switzerland, Belgium, United States (except Alaska and Hawaii), Canada and Australia.

For customers in Germany, the payment methods include credit/debit cards, SOFORT, Giropay, Klarna and PayPal.

For other countries, we accept credit/debit cards and PayPal to ensure a smooth checkout process. Your payment information is securely processed by our trusted payment providers Stripe and PayPal to ensure the highest level of security and privacy. Learn more about our privacy policy here.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor the status of your delivery. Once you have received your tracking number, you can use our tracker here.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, returns are possible within 14 days of receiving your order.
