How can I be sure that the berber rugs I buy are authentic?

How long does it take for my carpet to be processed and dispatched?
There are 3 phases to consider:
Production time, processing time and shipping time.
Production time refers to the time it takes to make your rug by hand, which is usually 3 to 6 weeks for custom products. Processing time is the time it takes to process your order and prepare it for shipment, usually 1 to 3 business days. Once shipped, delivery times vary by location. Can I expect my carpet to be exactly as described?
Although we strive to accurately reproduce the results, our production line is handmade and traditional, which may result in slight imperfections in color or certain parts of the rug. These imperfections add uniqueness and value to your piece and differentiate it from industrially produced rugs.
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to various European countries, including Germany, Austria, United Kingdom, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Ireland, France, Switzerland, Belgium, United States (except Alaska and Hawaii), Canada and Australia.
Which payment methods are available for each country?
For customers in Germany, the payment methods include credit/debit cards, SOFORT, Giropay, Klarna and PayPal.

How do I track my order once it has been shipped?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor the status of your delivery. Once you have received your tracking number, you can use our tracker here.
What is your returns policy?
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, returns are possible within 14 days of receiving your order.
