How does the individual carpet design process work?
1️⃣ Upload your design (sketch, image or inspiration).
2️⃣ Select size, colors and details.
3️⃣ We will check the feasibility within 24 hours.
4️⃣ After approval you will receive a checkout link.
5️⃣ Your rug will be handmade in Morocco and shipped to you!
How long does it take for my carpet to be processed and dispatched?
There are 3 phases to consider:
Production time, processing time and shipping time.
Production time refers to the time it takes to make your rug by hand, which is usually 3 to 6 weeks for custom products. Turnaround time is the time it takes to process your order and prepare it for shipment, usually 1 to 3 business days. Once shipped, delivery times vary by location. You can track the status of your order here.
What is your returns policy?
As each rug is custom made, we do not accept returns for bespoke designs. However, we guarantee the highest level of craftsmanship and work closely with you to finalize the design before production.
How much does a custom-made carpet cost?
The final price depends on the size and details. A €49 design fee will be added to the total price, but will only be charged when you finalize your order.
What shipping options are available?
Please note that the following delivery times only begin after production and processing have been completed.
Germany: 3 to 5 working days
Europe (including UK): 3 to 6 working days
North America and Australia: 2 to 4 working days

Standard shipping: 45 € for orders under 450 €
North America and Australia:
Free shipping for orders over € 450
Standard shipping: 60 € for orders under 450 €
Customs duties & taxes:
Please note that customs fees, taxes and import duties are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping costs. These fees may vary depending on the recipient’s country.
